The Department of Geometry

The Department of Geometry is governed by professor M.F. Gorodniy.
There also work professor A.P.Petravchuk, associated professors V.G.Kocharovs'kyj, O.O.Pryshlyak, assistant professors V.M.Babych, O.O.Bezushchak, V.M.Zhuravlev, S.V.Bilun, V.O.Pekhterev.
Among the basic disciplines, which are taught by the Department, there are analytical geometry, differential geometry and topology, differential geometry and tensor analysis, modern topology.
The scientific researches are concerned with the structural theory of rings, Lie groups theory, selected topics of topology.
