The Department of Integral and Differential Equations

The Department of Integral and Differential Equations is headed by the deputy member of NAS of Ukraine professor M.O.Perestyuk.
There also work professor I.O.Parasyuk, associated professors V.M.Burym, V.V.Ishchuk, O.V.Kapustyan, assistant professor S.V.Posur.
Among the basic disciplines, which are taught by members of the department, there are differential equations, mathematical economy, calculus of variations and methods of optimization, methods of teaching mathematics, dynamical systems.
The directions of scientific research are as follows: the theory of the differential equations with impulse action, stability theory, theory of integral sets, KAM-theory, theory of multifrequency oscillations, asymptotic integration of differential equations, theory of global attractors for multivalued semiflows.
M.O.Perestyuk is also the scientific chief of Laboratory of Differential and Integral Equations.
